Enter your student ID Number to search the database for your Refund status.  When the status is AVAILABLE the refund check is available to be picked up at the Bursar's office.  If the status is NOT-AVAILABLE, then check the APPLIED_DATE and give it 2-3 weeks after the APPLIED_DATE and the Refund will be AVAILABLE.

For quick service please print 2 copies of your Refund Release Form if the Status is AVAILABLE.
